This is my wedding ring.

It is not my original wedding/engagement set. About 4 years ago, when I was working I had a cleaning team come into my home, a few days later when I went to look for my wedding/engagement set it was gone. Though we could never prove it, it was funny how the ring was there until they came and gone later. This is the replacement and although it is larger, it isn't my original. The Cablemann had had the original designed specifically for me and it was very pretty. I am not ungrateful for this ring especially when the Cablemann put it on my finger and told me "I love you and you will always be my wife and I will always love you." However, telling the story makes me a little melancholy.

I am so sorry you "lost" your original. Your new ring is very beautiful and what a wonderful husband you have, such very sweet and touching words.

Kim, your ring is beautiful and I know the loss of your original one makes you sad....I'm very sentimental also.....

I commented on Kelli's Show and Tell before I read the comments. We wrote almost the same one.....we must think alike......

Whoa! I think I'd be melancholy, too. But what a blessing to have a dear husband who replaced it and gave you a priceless sentiment to go with it! blessings...

Very lovely, but I know I, too, would be upset if I lost my original ring! But, any gift from your loving husband is special!

That would be sad to lose your original set. But this one is lovely and the love it represents is strong as ever.

Your heart must have stopped when you discovered your ring was missing! My goodness.

But, Cablemann is worth more than his weight in gold for renewing his vow to you. :)

The replacement is gorgeous!

I'm sorry for the loss of your wedding ring. But how sweet of your hubby to buy you a new one! Since having the babies I can't fit into mine (yet) and I feel so lost without it!

It's a beautiful ring but I can understand how you miss the original one. One of my sisters in law lost her wedding ring and my brother bought her another set...two years later one of her neighbours showed her a ring she had just found outside...it was my SIL's wedding ring!! She couldn't believe it but was so happy to have her original one back:-) Have a wonderful weekend! xox
